These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Stratoum website (the “Site”), operated by Mehregany Technology Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“MTechVen,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
1. Website InformationThe Site provides information about Stratoum, Stratoum, our engineering services, and related capabilities, offerings, and activities. Website content is provided for informational and evaluation purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, contractual commitment, warranty, or guarantee regarding any product, service, capability, pricing, availability, performance, or roadmap. Descriptions and other Site content may change as our products, services, and business evolve.
Use of Stratoum is governed by the Stratoum Terms of Use and any other applicable agreements. Engineering services and custom development are governed by applicable written agreements.
2. No Professional AdviceContent on the Site does not constitute medical, clinical, diagnostic, legal, financial, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Intellectual PropertyThe Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and other materials, are owned by MTechVen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and view the Site for lawful informational and evaluation purposes. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in the Site or its content to you.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Delaware, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
11. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
12. WaiverFailure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
